Welcome to 2022 and our first service of the year! It includes Holy Communion, so you might want to prepare some bread and wine before watching.

We begin with a carol which, to my mind, rather muddles the two accounts of Jesus’ birth! It is “The first nowell” – in either a traditional version:

Our concluding hymn is often sung at Epiphany: “As with gladness, men of old”:
