Good morning and welcome to worship on All Saints’ Day – one when we “connect” with Christians past and present, locally and around the world. Even at this time when we cannot meet, it is good to think that we are still part of a local church and a worldwide community of faith.
We begin our service which a hymn in which we worship God with all created beings, both human and spiritual: “Ye holy angels bright”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NAwTDwbVM3o
To finish, here is something a bit different: “Sing for God’s glory” – you’ll see why when you get to the final verse: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzHKXiFt4os. There are extra Brownie points for anyone who can identify the locations (answers on a postcard please!).
By the way, I recorded this service before news broke of the earthquake in the Aegean and of the new English lockdown, so these haven’t been included in the intercessions. God bless.
