We know very little about Saint Valentine. So little in fact that, when Pope Gelasius I first decreed that February 14th should be established as his feast day, it was with the caveat that, while his name was “justly reverenced among men”, his acts were “known only to God”.

On February 29th we are holding an Open Day from 11am till 1pm. Come along to find out all about the activities which take place here. There will be displays and information from all the groups within church, together with some activities for the children – a bouncy castle and face painting. Refreshments served too. A warm welcome to all.
