Year of Prayer - Advent Labyrinth

On Sunday, 22nd December from 3.00 pm until 9.00 pm, there will be an opportunity to journey through an Advent Labyrinth. The purpose of the labyrinth will be to slow us down, to reflect, to explore and think about the themes of Advent.

In November, we're having a 24 hour prayer room - this is planned to happen from Saturday 23rd, 10.00 am, through to Sunday 24the, 10.00 am.

Grant Work Update

A number of the projects have now been completed. A projector and screen have been installed, the hall floor has been re-tiled, windows have been replaced with double-glazed units and most of the porch work is also finished.

New Deacon

At the church meeting on 23rd June, Mr. Maurice Holcroft was elected as a Deacon.

Grant Award

C.E.E.M.C. Service

June 2nd is Covenant Sunday, and the churches of the Cardiff East LEP will be celebrating this at the Church of the Resurrection, St. Mellons, at 6.00pm.

Operation Christmas Child

From the feedback we’ve received, it appears that all the shoeboxes from Christchurch were sent to needy children in Romania. Thank you to all who supported this venture and for making so many children happy.

CEEMC Partnership Church
